Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Richard E. Coleman II

Richard Coleman II is the visionary founder and CEO of MissionRT, dedicated to harnessing innovative technology to serve and empower those on the front lines. Richard had an illustrious 18-year career at General Dynamics, where he became one of the youngest senior executives.  He then took his mission driven and transformational leadership style to Axon where he launched and grew the Axon Federal business 30X in 5 years. At MissionRT, Richard aims to bring the most mission driven and mission ready technologies to the heroes who need them, allowing them to protect the communities they serve and create a safer world.
